What happens next
Account and personal data
Your request covers your sign-in account, profile details such as name, email and optional phone number, profile photo, and associated personal data held by SoDesh. Once completed, account deletion is permanent.
Shared content and retained records
Shared discussions and household records may remain for other participants, with your identifying profile details removed. Tell support if your posts or shared records contain additional personal information you want removed. Limited records may be retained for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes for as long as required. Support will explain any applicable retention period when handling your request.
Delete from the app
You can also open Profile, find Settings & Account, and choose Delete Account. Follow the confirmation prompts. This website form is an alternative for requesting help from support.
